How can I order a Bostwick Consistometer?
The simplest method is to use our online shop where you can also order spare parts and service packages. You can order all products by pro-forma invoice, credit card (via PayPal) or cash on delivery. Of course, you can also place your order by email (office@bostwick.at). If you require an offer in writing, just let us know. We are normally able to provide you with one within a couple of hours of receiving your enquiry.
Do I need to service my Bostwick Consistometer?
Routine maintenance is necessary. Manufactured with high quality materials, our Bostwick Consistometer boasts a higher operating life cycle than our competitors. However, depending on the frequency of use, re-calibration is necessary. Precision levels and screws can be replaced if necessary.
How do I clean my Bostwick Consistometer?
We recommend cleaning your instrument after each use. Please use standard dish washing detergent. The instruments have been tested for durability in standard household dishwashers.
What will be delivered?
Our Bostwick Consistometer comes complete with a 12 month guarantee card, test and calibration certificate, and a short instruction manual.
Can you provide me with a calibration certificate?
All Bostwick Consistometers come with a test and calibration certificate from the manufacturer. Should you decide to use our calibration service, a new calibration certificate will be issued by the manufacturer.
What should I do if I have a guarantee claim?
The guarantee card supplied with your instrument is valid from the day of delivery and for a full 12 month period. It covers manufacturing and material defects only and is only valid when completed by you and returned to us. We can only accept claims in writing. Please contact us if you would like to extend your guaranty period.
