We believe strongly in the quality of our products and therefore give a 1 year no-questions-asked guarantee on all our Bostwick Consistometers. Of course we want you to remain satisfied with the quality and precision of our products, so we offer two service packages carried out directly by the manufacturer.
Level replacement – replacing the level, testing the unit for stability and robustness.
Calibration and service – full calibration of the instrument, testing for stability and robustness, replacement of springs and bearings.
Where possible, we are happy to offer our service packages for Bostwick Viscosity Consistometers, even when you haven’t purchased them with us. Simply choose one of our service packages and send us your instrument.
